A credit card processor encrypts the payment information and pushes the payment through a gateway to the student’s bank. Students also have the option to sign up for automatic payments.

Your college students can view their class schedules through the student portal, as well as each class’s start date, the instructor, the location of the class, and the meeting time for each day of the week. An attendance inquiry is available for all classes, completed or in-progress, that shows how many hours a student has attended the class, was tardy for the class, or was absent for the class in real-time.

Students have access to their academic history and can see the end date, final grade, attended hours, makeup hours completed, and the attendance percentage for each class. Gradebooks for all classes are posted to the student portal in real-time and show individual grades, completion and due dates for each assignment, and the weight of each grade for any given class.

Students within your postsecondary career college can also view their ledgers through the student portal, see their remaining balance and all previous payments. Payment logs include the amount paid, source and date of payment, and what the payment was for.
