Working as the Financial Aid Administrator for the last 4 years, I find the STARS Calender and Student Packaging a great unit piece to track the process from the first appointment until semester start. Admissions and Financial Aid can enter information and notes that support the student interaction and entire entry process.
I can enter a TASK as my TO DO list, or assign to another party. No need to send e-mails or make phone calls.
