The “Accounts Receivable Aged Detail Report” is a top financial report that should be evaluated at least once a week by your accounting/financial team.
By using this report, you can track your late-paying students and ensure they are being credited on time!
NEW STRATEGIES TO CONSIDER
The best part about starting a new year is the opportunity to make it a better year than the previous one. Start your new year strategies by asking, “What did we do well in the prior year and what can we improve in 2020?”
Strategy #1: Create a “Staying” Culture! Build a school culture focused on growing your student population by increasing starts and retention. Have your team evaluate why students dropped out last year. We’ve seen schools cut attrition significantly by evaluating every detail and creating a “staying” culture.
Strategy #2: Engage Your Staff in Cost-Saving Efforts! Create a reward plan for staff members who suggest cost-reductions that work.
