Flexible Scheduler

STARS introduces flexible class scheduling! Career colleges using STARS for their college student management system now have the ability to schedule a course in STARS that will meet unique, non-traditional scheduling requirements. Financial Aid Estimate Report (formally called “Award Letter”)

STARS can now track the cost of attendance and funding projections for each student per academic year and produce a financial aid estimate report summarizing a particular academic year.

STARS SUCCESS TIP: RUN YOUR POPULATION REPORT

The STARS Population Report is considered the most important system report! The STARS Population Report provides a total population overview and a progressive review of every student in each program. The POP Report acts as a control to confirm that all student statuses are being kept up-to-date which is a critical daily function in STARS. For Title IV schools, an accurate Population Report is required to produce accurate IPEDS, transcripts, and 1098-T forms.
