STARS Campus Solutions is very excited to share a “sneak peek” of our newest feature in development – STARS SURVEY AND FORMS TOOL! This new feature on our student information system will allow your career college to create any survey or form for the appropriate recipient to submit.
Examples of utilizing our Survey & Forms tool include:
- Offering prospective college students the opportunity to apply online
- Measuring the student experience throughout the student life cycle
- Driving institutional decisions
- Creating opportunities for institutional improvement
Surveys can be used to meet requirements for the following:

STARS SUCCESS TIP FOR FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT! Are you letting STARS help you with earnings? Choose a day in the month and make sure you are running the earnings report and posting on the same day each month. This will help keep an accurate running of earnings per student and will require fewer manual calculations for you and your accountant!
Establishing this into your monthly practice produces more accurate reports. If you are a Title IV school and you use the STARS earnings function, you can present a pre-collected tuition report. Better financial management builds your compliance confidence!

Q: What type of LMS does STARS offer?
A: STARS offers three different options regarding LMS functionality.
Option 1 – provides a hosted Moodle that will allow you to enroll students from STARS into Moodle and create instructor users in Moodle from STARS.
Option 2 – provides an integration with Canvas that will allow you to enroll students into Canvas and pull final grades from Canvas. Once the final grade is in STARS, the transcript will be available! There is a $250 setup fee.
Option 3 – integrates with your own LMS and involves a customization fee. STARS does not limit you to just one choice. We give you options to help make everyday responsibility easier for the user!

STARS is pleased to have an affiliation with NCR Payment Solutions (formerly JetPay)! NCR specializes in credit card processing, HR management, payroll, and more! Our integration with NCR allows students to make payments via the student portal, which automatically post to the student ledger. This integration provides an automated process that will save schools time and effort for payment tracking and ledger accountability. A growing number of STARS clients are engaging NCR services, reducing costs and streamlining payment processing.
